Very sad day yesterday as our favourite fish dies. The same one that we thought we'd lose a couple of months ago, he held out this long, but yesterday was his time. RIP Custard.

Back from Lakes Entance.

Hi, we're back from our fishing trip to Lakes Entrance. Between the two of us we had a grand total of three fish from four days fishing. And none of them was over 12cm long. Not that we keep them anyway all fish go back in the water. Half the time I just tie my bait to the line without a hook, just so I can watch them eating. I don't actually want to catch anything, that's icky.

Here is the polish that I wore down there. Wet ' ' Wild Grey's Anatomy.

It's a gorgeous duochrome, purple-green, but very very sheer. THis is four coats and still have VNL. Even after 3 days it was still on perfectly. Then we ent in a spa at the local swimming pool. And it all came off. Perfectly in the shape of the nail still and not a bit left on the nail bed. Best polish remover ever. But odd.

This stuff is fantastic. We all know how good the colour is, but the wear is great too.

Chanel Peridot. ONE COAT, no topcoat. 4 DAYS. Teeniest bit of wear, but I have had three showers and washed 3 sets of dishes. It is amazing.

Probably, you're wondering why its only on one finger. It's my Chanel, it's too good, surely I can't be expected to use it. If I use it, it will be gone. Actually it's my dad's 60th next weekend so I'm saving the full mani until then.

I'm off to Lakes Entrance for a few days, so I won't be around. Wish I was going to Sydney for the ABBW though. Definately be there next time. Have lots of fun all you lovelies who are going.

This time it was China Glaze Westside Warrior.

Odd cuase I don;t usually have trouble with CG. Two coats of WW then one of Diamont and 3 hours before going to bed and still sheet marks. Pity cause it's a stunning colour.

Iv'e decided to blame the fact that I have shocking cirulation and my hands were freezing cold.

Random Little Post To Get To 100 Posts

I just did a count and have shown you 55 polishes from my collection.

Pity my collection stands at 399. I may have a few untrieds.

Spring is Here

Which is slightly annoying. The greatthing is the warmer weather. The annoying thing. All my Fall (Autumn) colours were waiting for me in the mail.

I don't care I'm going to waer them anyway, becaus eI don't want to wait 6 months until it is Autumn here.

This is China Glaze Brownstone from the Metro collection. Lovely formula. This is two coats. First pic full sun, second one in the shade.

Wow. really dodgy pis. I had to resize them to move them arond. Mainly because I really haven't got the hang of Blogger. Maybe one day.

How My Mistakes Benefits You.

I just did a teeny tiny order on ebay and accidently manged to order two bottles of Nubar Conserve. Which now will be going into my prize pack for my 100th post giveaway. Which is in about 9 posts.

No Dry.

Here is the first mani I did last night

Sally Hansen HD DVD. Really pretty colour, this is 4 coats, but it would not dry. Even with Nubar Diamont, two hours and it was still sticky. So off it came.

And I put Oroton Dark Lipstick on. Fantastic brush, two coats, gorgeous colour. Absolutely c**p at drying. Went to bed after two hours and woke with sheet marks. Hence the dodgy photo of my right hand.

It's not so Fuschia IRL it's purple.

I wish my nails would grow back really quickly.

Good News .... For Me Anyway.

Yay, Chanel Peridot and Graphite are now part of the permanent line. So I don't have to worry about them running out of stock before I have a chance to get them.
